The combination of design, functionality and energy-efficiency ensures maximum living comfort . We always aim to inscribe our buildings to the surrounding landscape.

Quality Materials

The steel construction, used in NEXTDOM houses, is made of eco-materials. We use hot-dip galvanized steel profiles, which are 100% recyclable and OSB boards, which are also eco-friendly. We use cold-formed steel to optimize design in the most effective way possible. The use of OSB helps us stabilize and form the modular structure, while reducing the influence of so-called thermal bridges, providing a continuous inner and outer surface. Steel profiles on the other hand are used to carry the loads and enclose the facade system. This combination leads to an energy efficient building with better performance and higher durability.

Efficient Design

NEXTDOM houses can be designed according to the customer's preferred exposure - south, east or west. They are applicable to many different types of landscape, and can be further customized by our specialists, according to customers’ needs. However, what really makes them unique, is our own facade system – MCC, as well as our ventilated floor. Those ensures a building with perfect microclimate and limits the influence of thermal bridges.

Prefabricated Construction

Our building components are carefully assembled in controlled environment in our factory to form the panel system. This minimizes the risk of mistakes on the building site as the panels are ready to be simply installed. Moreover, this concept helps to significantly reduce the time of construction. Our prefabricated system contributes to the overall performance of our homes, making them more durable, earthquake resistent and energy efficient.
