Choice and efficiency

MCC is a registered trademark and the first Bulgarian ventilated facade system, developed by Maxter S.O.P. Ltd.'s Engineering, Architectural Research and Development Department. It enables circulation of air between the insulation and the cladding from the socket to the roof. This type of facade has been approved as the most effective system for dealing with condensation and thermal bridges. Our cladding can be designed vertically or horizontally and comes in different widths and lengths. The color range allows a combination of RAL colors and textures such as wood, stone and more.

Colours / textures

The use of galvanized metal with additional organic coating provides a prerequisite for a huge selection of colors, patterns and textures. Long-lasting durability for each color range is guaranteed by the high-quality production of internationally recognized steel mills of Arcelor Mittal Group, which are our main suppliers.

Energy efficiency and environmental protection

The use of innovative façade leads to reduced energy consumption for heating, cooling and ventilation of the building. In addition, the pre-painted galvanised iron is treated with an organic UV-resistant coating. It is eco-friendly and is a part of Arcelor Mittal’s high-quality "Nature" products.
